Buying a knock-off of one of our shower heads means that you are getting ripped-off. It may look similar but it is NOT the same. The knock-offs are poorly made cheap imitations that do not perform like our shower heads do. Don’t let this happen. You deserve better for your hard earned money. We hold the trademark and copyright on these products.

Will your shower heads and handhelds fit my shower?

Our shower heads all fit the standard size 1/2 inch thread, and are simple to install. Should you have questions with the installation just give us a call or click here for Instructions.  We can even walk you through the installation over the phone.

We offer Priority Mail, 2-4 business day delivery. You can easily select this option during checkout.

I want to send one of your shower heads as a gift, and would like to include a note with the order. Can you do that?

We will gladly do that. We offer  “Bill To-Ship To” and can include a special note. When ordering just fill out the Special Instructions box and indicate what you would like to say.

I need a new shower head tomorrow. Do you ship overnight?

Yes we do. Overnight orders must be placed by phone. Just give us a call and we will gladly arrange it for you

I have really good water pressure. Can I still use your shower heads?

You certainly can. Our shower heads just get better and better as the water pressure increases. What you cannot do is the opposite, and this is exactly why so many people needlessly suffer with lousy showers. You cannot buy a shower head that was designed for high water pressure – as the vast majority are  – and use them in a low water pressure situation. It just doesn’t work, you will not get a better shower. You’re just wasting your time and money.
